Information you provide

Our enquiry form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, town or suburb, services required and project description. Information you send by email or WhatsApp may include photographs, drawings and other project details.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, assess your project, prepare a quotation and coordinate the relevant CNM team. Form submissions are stored in our website administration system and emailed to our Microsoft 365 business mailbox.

Service providers and sharing

Our website hosting, form, email and security providers process information needed to operate these services. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare human verification. Enquiries may be shared with the relevant CNM regional or specialist team to respond to your request. We do not sell enquiry information.

Cookies and measurement

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential operation and may use analytics or advertising tools where enabled. Use the website’s cookie controls to manage available choices. Links to WhatsApp and social platforms take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Keeping information

We retain enquiry and project records while needed for follow-up, delivery and applicable business record requirements. Access is limited to people who need the information for these purposes.
