THE CNM STORY
Contractor Near Me was founded by Zandré Van Der Westhuizen in 2018. With a background in project management, construction and occupational health and safety, the company was created to bring a more organised and accountable approach to project delivery.
What began as a vision to improve the contracting experience has developed into a construction business capable of managing complete projects and delivering defined construction packages within larger developments.

We are an active NHBRC-registered home builder, maintain Public Liability Insurance and arrange project-specific Contractors All Risk cover where required. Our tax, B-BBEE, COIDA and applicable employee documentation is maintained, while project-specific health and safety documentation is prepared according to the scope and site requirements.
